Visas and admission Process
Phrase 1:
v
Come to SHARK @center and talk to a staff member
about the requirements and processes for student and tourist visas.
v
Provide copies of your passport and all official
academic transcripts, professional certifications, IELTS/TOFEL/PTE results,
work experience certificates, SOPs, and mark sheets.
v
A gap after completing education is evident (if
required)
Phrase 2:
v
Confirming the admission will/may take the
prospective institution 3–6 weeks. Any close relative can serve as the sponsor
if they are required to send or submit the paper (first blood sponsor is
preferred)
v
You will receive the offer letter and the
admission documents.
Phrase 3:
v
Students must turn in a paper from their sponsor
(Only first blood can sponsor)
v
The minimum amount of funds to show to colleges
and DHA (1 year of tuition plus 1 year of living expenses plus 1 year of travel
expenses health coverage)
v
Sponsor amount may change depending on the
relationship between sponsors and the number of dependents.
v
Affidavit of financial support, bank statement,
TIN certificate, salary certificate, job certificate, trade license, and other basic
documents are required from the sponsor. Although it depends on the source of
funding for the sponsor, we will advise the students on this portion.
v
FUNDING SOURCES: Income from a job, income from
a business (ownership), income from a limited company, income from house rent,
income from abroad, evidence of agricultural income, and a certificate of land
valuation from a qualified party all rely on the specific circumstances of each
case.
v

Phrase 4:

We will verify the financial documents after
sending them to the universities. Once the university has its financial
documentation, it will conduct a GTE interview.
v
Upon receipt of all necessary clearances,
universities issue a final offer letter to students without constraints, and
they can pay their tuition fees and overseas student health insurance (OSHC)
via bank transfer. Please be informed that you should not pay any organization
or individual cash for any costs, with the exception of the university account
(don't worry, the funds are returned if your visa is rejected, per their refund
policy).

The college issues an eCOE (Electronic
Confirmation of Enrolment)
Final Phrase :
After receiving a COE through the SSVF:
v
Regardless of their chosen course of study, all
overseas students must now apply for a single Student visa (subclass 500).
v
All international students must also submit
their student visa applications online. 4–12 weeks for processing .
v
Evidence of welfare and consent arrangements is
required for pupils under the age of 18
v
Basic application fee for the primary applicant
is AUD 630. (May only be paid using a credit or debit card that has the
necessary limit on it.)
