Visas and admission Process
Phrase 1:

v Include photocopies of all academic diplomas, transcripts, professional licenses, and employment history (if any).

v Provide all academic credentials that have been attested or notarized by the institution(s) you attended, the educational board, the foreign ministry, etc (depending on the particular university requirements)
v According to university standards, graduate (master's degree) students need a CV, two LORs (Letters of Reference), and work experience.
v Bring solvency certifications and bank statements, at least for the last six months.

v You'll receive your I-20;
v It typically takes 3 to 6 weeks for the university or college to confirm your admission.

v Potential Students must turn in the paper that was sponsored by a financial entity, such as a bank.
v The sponsor must provide certain basic documents, such as a bank statement, TIN certificate, salary certificate, employment certificate, trade license, property/revenue information, and an affidavit of financial assistance, among others.
Last Phrase:
v The last step is for students to go submit their visa applications after finishing all of the previous preparations.
v Visa application expenses of $160 plus $350 for SEVIS (Non Refundable by USCIS)
v A date for the visa interview will be provided within the next 15-25 days (depending on the rush).
v After receiving their visa, students must open a "student file" at any bank and transfer money to their chosen school. (You might have also paid your college or university's tuition after moving to the USA. There is no requirement to pay advance tuition costs.

v Depending on the sponsor's relationship to the applicant and the number of dependents, the supported amount may change.
v The sponsor must provide certain basic documents, such as a bank statement, TIN certificate, salary pay stub, employment certificate, trade license, property/revenue information, and an affidavit of financial support, among others. (We will instruct the students on this.)
Last Phrase:
v The student will go submit their visa application after completing the previous steps.

v We shall pay for the shipping of all of the relevant documents to the institutions.
v It could take up to 8 weeks for the desired institution to confirm the admission.
v Tuition costs must be paid to the institution's account (via bank draft, TT, or credit card), and they are refunded if the visa application is denied.
v The institution's CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Study) Letter.
Phrase 4:
v Students must turn in their financial papers. The guarantors can be a parent and the student.
v Minimum 1 year's worth of tuition plus nine months Regular Income Proof: The sponsor's bank account must have at least one month's worth of living expenses visible..
Final Phrase:
v After completing all of the aforementioned paperwork, the student will visit the VFS and submit the visa application. NHS fees.

Phrase 2:
v Confirming the admission will/may take the prospective institution 3–6 weeks. Any close relative can serve as the sponsor if they are required to send or submit the paper (first blood sponsor is preferred)
v You will receive the offer letter and the admission documents.
Phrase 3:
v Students must turn in a paper from their sponsor (Only first blood can sponsor)
v The minimum amount of funds to show to colleges and DHA (1 year of tuition plus 1 year of living expenses plus 1 year of travel expenses health coverage)
v Sponsor amount may change depending on the relationship between sponsors and the number of dependents.
v Affidavit of financial support, bank statement, TIN certificate, salary certificate, job certificate, trade license, and other basic documents are required from the sponsor. Although it depends on the source of funding for the sponsor, we will advise the students on this portion.
v FUNDING SOURCES: Income from a job, income from a business (ownership), income from a limited company, income from house rent, income from abroad, evidence of agricultural income, and a certificate of land valuation from a qualified party all rely on the specific circumstances of each case.
v National ID Card; Medical Report; Police Clearance Certificate; Relationship Verification Documents; Birth Certificate.
Phrase 4:
v We will verify the financial documents after sending them to the universities. Once the university has its financial documentation, it will conduct a GTE interview.
v Upon receipt of all necessary clearances, universities issue a final offer letter to students without constraints, and they can pay their tuition fees and overseas student health insurance (OSHC) via bank transfer. Please be informed that you should not pay any organization or individual cash for any costs, with the exception of the university account (don't worry, the funds are returned if your visa is rejected, per their refund policy).

After receiving a COE through the SSVF:
v Regardless of their chosen course of study, all overseas students must now apply for a single Student visa (subclass 500).
v All international students must also submit their student visa applications online. 4–12 weeks for processing .

v The customer selects the "Custodian," or mentors can choose a Custodian on the client's behalf (approximate cost: $1000/year).
v We process one study permit along with a parent visitor visa. We will process a parent study permit later.
v Kid pays for tuition and attends school full-time.
v Parental guests submit an application for a study permit (must have necessary documents WES, IELTS, etc.)
v Parent enrolls in school full-time. After second grade, the child is exempt from requiring a study permit.
v Parent is qualified for PGWP.
v Parent must work for one year to be eligible for CEC. The total immigration process, starting on the day of arrival, takes 2.5 to 3 years.
The approximate cost of tuition in Canada is $18,000 CDN per year.
Custodian Obligations (Example)
Every international student must have a custodian who ensures they get the care and assistance they require, especially in an emergency. The Custodian must be 19 years of age or older, a Canadian citizen, or a Permanent Resident of Canada, in accordance with Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada requirements.
Waterloo Region must be the Custodian's home. Even if a parent will be staying with the student, all primary pupils are required to submit custodian documentation.
Custodian duties include:
Helping the student arrive:
v Attend the intake meeting for international applicants with the international admissions office.
v Attend the assessment appointment with the WRDSB Welcome Centre.
v Accompany the student to registration at the school and sign the registration paperwork.
Throughout the academic year:
o Act as the institution's official point of contact for inquiries about academic or behavioral issues .
o Provide permission for academic programs and activities as requested by the institution
o Participate in parent-teacher conferences o Give the student's parents a copy of the report card
· Get in touch with the pupil's parents
• When necessary, take the following actions: o Inform parents right away of any academic concerns or problems; o Help students locate medical care and submit insurance claims;
Keep the WRDSB International Admissions Office informed of any changes:
• If the student is returning: o Help with the renewal procedure for the following academic year
Prior to departing the country,
notify International Admissions to make sure the student will have access to support while abroad.
